 Placing Your Order

Quality Takes Time!!!

Giving Notice:  For a weekend cake or large orders we require at LEAST 10 to 14 days notice unless it is a large birthday cake or wedding cake the time may very, please call for available time for due date.  For a weekday, at least 3 to 5 days notice is best.  We will take last minute orders if we can accommodate them, however we cannot guarantee availability please call for updated availability.  The SOONER you place your order, the BETTER!

Deposits and Payments:  A 50% deposit is requested at the time the order is placed for all orders with  the complete payment to be made no later than two days (48 hours) prior to the due date or on the day of the event depending on the type of the event. For short notice orders please call Ebony Smith (803-504-1720)

Delivery: Any orders placed near our facility within a 2 mile radius is free anything after that will be charged a delivery fee.  

Cancellations:  If you must cancel an order, please let us know.  With sufficient notice, we will refund payments made.  Orders canceled 3 days (72 hours) prior will no longer be refundable.

Last Minute Orders: If availability is available for late orders there will be a surcharge based on the product that has been ordered.
